Our new charitable initiative proudly brought to you by the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society is committed to educating, inspiring, and connecting the next generation of farming industry professionals.
The Young Professionals Group is open to anybody within the industry, free for all to attend.
Our Members can be from a range of sectors; from food, farming and countryside.
This initiative offers engaging events, outreach and collaborations. Through shared knowledge and meaningful engagement, we aim to create a thriving and forward thinking future for Lincolnshire agriculture.
What We Do
Each year, we carefully select four key themes. These topics shape our meetups; creating engaging, thought-led sessions that offer real value to our members.
The themes will explore topics such as personal growth and development, farming practices, business diversification and future challenges.
