Accessibility at the Showground

The Lincolnshire Showground has the following features:

- Hard-standing and tarmac roads to facilitate access. 

- Accessible Toilet Facilities for those with mobility issues.

- Changing Places Toilet

- Disabled Car Parking bays

- Wide opening doors

- Lift access

- The EXO and EPIC buildings were purposely built flat for accessibility on the ground floors.

If you have any questions or issues please speak to one of our friendly members of staff who would be happy to assist you.


We have a Changing Places toilet located in our EXO Centre (opposite the EPIC Centre).

In addition, for some of our larger events such as the Lincolnshire Show, we have Event Mobility, who hire out mobility scooters on-site. Please refer to the specific event page for detailed information. 

Carer Tickets


Guests who require a Carer or Personal Assistant to attend an LAS event at the Lincolnshire Showground are entitled to one complimentary Carer ticket at no extra charge.

Our events, which offer carer tickets are:

  • Lincolnshire Farming Conference

  • The Lincolnshire Show

  • Countryside Lincs

  • Lincolnshire Food and Gift

Please follow the link to purchase a ticket as normal and choose the carer buy one ticket for two option.

If sufficient evidence is not provided, you will be required to purchase a full price ticket at the on-the-gate value. 

Guests who have a registered disability are entitled to 1 free companion with supporting documentation.

YOU MUST BRING ONE DOCUMENT WITH YOU ON THE DAY.

Useful Information

Documentation Required

One of these is required

  • Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book.

  • Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award.

  • Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded.
    Incapacity Benefit, Employment Support Allowance (ESA). Disability Student's Allowance (DSA) or DID card (UK Disabled ID Card)

  • A valid Blue Badge.

  • In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI).
    Credibility's Access Card with the carer/companion symbol.

  • If sufficient evidence is not provided, you will be required to purchase a full price ticket at the on-the-gate value.
