You agree the vaccination rules in the schedule by making your entry. Animal Health Vaccination Requirements All equines attending the Lincolnshire Show must be vaccinated against Equine Influenza in accordance with current British Equestrian and national governing body guidelines. The vaccination course must be completed as follows: • The first and second vaccinations must be administered 21–60 days apart. • A third (first booster) vaccination must be given within 6 months + 21 days of the second vaccination. • Thereafter, booster vaccinations must be administered at intervals of no more than 12 months. • Additionally, a booster must have been given within 6 months + 21 days prior to the first day of the Show. • No equine may enter the showground or compete if it has received an Equine Influenza vaccination within 7 days prior to arrival. Foals should commence their vaccination programme at 6 months of age. All vaccinations must be recorded in the equine passport and be available for inspection at any time. Tetanus vaccination is strongly recommended in line with current veterinary advice. The Society reserves the right to amend these requirements in accordance with updated guidance from British Equestrian or other relevant governing bodies.
