Shuttle Bus To Run for the Lincolnshire Show 12 Jun

LINCOLNSHIRE SHOW has teamed up with Stagecoach to provide shuttle bus services from Lincoln Central bus station and Gainsborough. The Big Show is returning for its 138th Show on Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd June 2023 and expects to welcome over 60,000 visitors across the two days.

The Hop on Service 555 to the Show will leave Lincoln Central bus station at 8.30am and run every 15 minutes in both directions throughout each day. The last bus back from Lincolnshire Showground will leave at 6.45pm each day.

Return Lincoln bus fares are priced at £5 for adults, £3.40 for those aged between five and 19 or £12 for a group ticket of up to five people. You can also use your Lincoln MegaRider on this service.

Sarah Duxbury, trade and business development manager said; “It’s great to be working with Stagecoach again, connecting Lincoln and Gainsborough to the Show. It’s a fantastic event and these services more people to get down to the Showground to enjoy the two-day event”.

The service 554 will also serve Gainsborough. The route will be from Gainsborough Bus Station via Lea Green at around 8:12am and then onto Knaith Park, Kexby Corner, Willingham by Stow, Stow and Sturton by Stow. Returning the same route in the afternoon.

The first bus will leave Gainsborough Bus Station at 8.05am. The last service will leave the Showground at 6pm.

Return Gainsborough fares are priced at £8.50 for adults, £5 for those aged between 5 and 19 or £20 for a group of up to five people.

Buses will enter and depart the Showground using Gate 3 and 4 on Tillbridge Lane.

Under the revised terms of the Lincolnshire Concessionary Fare Scheme senior citizen and disabled people's bus passes are not valid on this service.
