'Made in Lincolnshire Sold Locally' Award for Redhill Farm 31 May

Redhill Farm Free Range Pork are delighted to have been presented with the 'Made in Lincolnshire Sold Locally' award for their Lincolnshire Sausage at a ceremony held at the DoubleTree by Hilton on Wednesday 17 May. A celebration of the manufacturing sector in Lincolnshire, the Made in Lincolnshire Awards highlight the diversity and creativity of Lincolnshire businesses.

Managing Director, Jane Tomlinson, said: "We are particularly pleased to win this award as we are so proud to be both farmers and primary producers. We are celebrating 25 years at Redhill Farm this year and we've been making our authentic free range Lincolnshire sausages on the farm using our own free range pork since 1998.

"We were honoured to be shortlisted for an award alongside such fantastic Lincolnshire businesses and winning the category has made our year."

This is an exciting year for Redhill Farm having recently opened a second premises, Redhill Farm Shop in the Bail, a small version of the existing shop on the farm. Both farm shops offer free range pork, lamb and hogget, grass-fed beef and freshly collected free range eggs, all supplied daily from the farm. All other produce is carefully selected from farmer producers whose products offer genuine provenance.

Award judge Mel West, Editor of The Business Magazine, added: "Redhill Farm have shown innovation and an ability to adapt to the market place. They - and their Lincolnshire sausages - are great ambassadors for the county."
