An ‘event-full’ time at Lincolnshire Events Centre
Exhibitions
The purpose built Exhibition Hall and the ground floor of the EPIC Centre are the perfect spaces for exhibitions, with the buildings offering 1,314m² and 1,836m² of exhibition space respectively. These areas are used regularly for events that include Antiques Fairs, Toy and Train Fairs, Mind, Body and Spirit events and Cat Shows! The green credentials of the EPIC Centre ensured that it hosted the East Midlands Expo: Make Climate Change Your Business event in November 2008. The EPIC Centre also saw the delivery of the second Sustainable Living Exhibition, within the Lincolnshire Show in June 2009. The flexibility and accessibility of the spaces, along with wide access to electricity give those organising an exhibition an easy solution to many planning dilemmas!
Auctions
Lincolnshire Events Centre has an established relationship with Lincolnshire Beekeepers Association, who hold an annual sale. The size of our indoor spaces, the volume of furniture that we own and the calibre of our in-house audio visual facilities are closely aligned to the requirements of this type of event.
Balls
Lincolnshire Events Centre welcomes glitz and glamour to its calendar of events! We have hosted balls and grand dinners from 150 to 1,000 people. From fundraising events to staff celebrations, the facilities can be decorated and themed such that they lend themselves to many themes and event formats.
Get-togethers
Many clubs and networks have a link with Lincolnshire Events Centre, we work flexibly and can accommodate events at any time of day, 7-days a week, (within the scope of our premises license).
Business to Business Events
The new facilities in the EPIC Centre have caught the attention of many businesses who have enjoyed the tranquil setting, fine food and polished facilities. Six smaller rooms are ideal as syndicate / breakout rooms, or the base for events with 30 to 50 people, dependent upon seating configurations.
Caravan and Camping Events
The mix of indoor and outdoor spaces on offer, make the showground the ideal base for this type of event.
Festivals and Rallies
The showground comes alive in the summer months hosting large events that take over the entire 205 acre site. Regular bookings include the Grapevine Festival, Steam and Vintage Rally and Poacher; the international scout and guide camp.
Equestrian Events
In addition to hosting our own Horse Trials event in March, Lincolnshire Events Centre also hosts events for the British Riding Club and other equestrian groups.
