• Space will be let on flexible licence terms with the proviso that the licensee vacates for a 9 day period (5 working days) each year in June, around the dates of the Lincolnshire Show.
• Shared lavatories and kitchen facilities with allocated parking
• The licence fee is from £618 per month, including rates, electricity and water
