Dress Code at the Lincolnshire Show
Members are required to be dressed appropriately when entering the Members' area at the Lincolnshire Show. The minimum acceptable standard in the pavilions and enclosure is smart casual attire. Gentlemen are asked to wear smart trousers and collared shirt either with a tie or open neck. Casual shorts, t-shirts or sportswear are not considered to be acceptable. Gentlemen using the Vice Presidents' facilities are expected to wear a tie. Society ties are available to purchase from the Society Office for £20.
Admission may be refused to any Member or Guest who is not suitably dressed - the Stewards' decision is final. If any Member has a query, please contact the Society Office where a member of staff will be happy to assist.
Long Service Awards
The Society is proud to be able to recognise the long service of employees of Members of the Society. The awards take place on the Wednesday of the Lincolnshire Show in the Vice Presidents' area. In 2011 year the awards were once again kindly sponsored by Harold Woolgar Insurance.
