The EPIC Centre was central to our organisation scooping this accolade at the Lincolnshire Environmental Awards in June 2008.
Exemplar building:
Property Week magazine named the EPIC Centre one of the top 20 inspiring eco buildings in the UK in July 2008.
BREEAM ‘excellent’:
The EPIC Centre gained an ‘excellent’ accolade in the BREEAM Buildings scheme, which assesses the environmental performance of buildings.
