Lincolnshire Events Centre

Accessibility

At Lincolnshire Events Centre, we want to ensure that all guests have a great experience at our venue, regardless of their age, ability and background. We have put considerable thought into ensuring that guests have an easy and stress-free visit to the showground.

Car Parking

Our site is well signposted and parking at Lincolnshire Events Centre is free. We work with event organisers to ensure that an area of parking, close to the hub of the event, is designated to blue badge holders.

Catering

Our catering team are very experienced in supporting different dietary requirements. Just let us know well in advance, and we'll do all we can to meet your needs and delight your tastebuds!

Guide Dogs

Guide dogs for the blind and partially sighted, and hearing dogs for the hearing impaired are always welcome at Lincolnshire Events Centre. If you intend to bring a guide dog to an event, please let us know so that we can provide refreshments for all four-legged friends.

Induction Loops

A portable hearing loop can be provided during your event, at no cost.

Lavatories

Disabled lavatories are available on the ground and first floors of the EPIC Centre. Baby changing facilities are also available within these cubicles. A disabled lavatory is also located within the Exhibition Hall.

Lifts

The EPIC Centre is a two-storey building. Guests with restricted mobility should enter the building from the main ground floor entrance at the centre of the south elevation of the building, between our impressive wind turbines! A lift to the first floor is situated at the back of Central Hall. Please note that mobility scooters cannot be accommodated in our lift.

Wheelchairs

The EPIC Centre was subject to a successful accessibility audit just after it opened its doors to visitors in June 2008. Wheelchairs can easily navigate the EPIC Centre and Exhibition Hall. We can arrange for wheelchairs to be hired in anticipation of an event via Fair Mobility. You can book wheelchairs and scooters in advance by calling telephone number 01949 845 189 or by visiting www.fair-mobility.org.uk
