Ready to start putting your shopping list together for this year's Lincolnshire Food & Gift Fair? So are we, and with more than 150 exciting and varied exhibitors, cookery demonstrations in The Lincolnshire Kitchen, performances from local choirs and our brand new Santa's Workshop there's a lot to cover - and we don't want you to miss a thing!

Jayne Southall, CEO

Check out our website to plan and make the most out of your day. The Lincolnshire Food & Gift Fair is home to lots of great local produce and Christmas gift ideas, and you can really get into the festive spirit by singing along with the choirs.

Verity Parmley, Front of House Supervisor

You have to try the hot Spicy Monk cider.. it's a real winter warmer! And top shopping tip: head to the basket/wicker stall to stock up on lovely baskets and collect items as you go to make hampers! Key items are cheese, jams, sloe gin, plum loaf and some toasting marshmallows from Naked Marshmallow.

Lauren Richardson, Senior Sales Executive

Make sure you pay a visit to Bob at Love Coffee for his caramel flavoured coffee - and his reindeer hot chocolate makes the perfect stocking filler!

Sally Mundy, Sponsorship and Trade Sales Manager

Shop, shop, shop! Make sure you try before you buy - sample all the delicious nibbles and tipples before you decide.

Charley Reeves, Marketing Executive

Head to The Lincolnshire Kitchen to pick up festive cooking inspiration from some of the county's top local chefs and producers - and don't forget the samples! Also be sure to stock up on marshmallow toasting kits from Naked Marshmallow for the perfect stocking fillers.

Will Taylor, Sales Executive

This will be my first year at the Lincolnshire Food & Gift Fair so I'm really looking forward to seeing what's on offer - though I would recommend anything involving cheese, especially during the festive period. Lymn Bank Farm is always a winner.

Rachael Hurst, Marketing Manager

Pick up local festive treats as you go around the fair to make your Christmas day celebrations extra special. We love mince pies from Welbournes Bakery, cheeses from Lymn Bank Farm and after dinner drinks from Hope Wines - plus, who doesn't need a jar of glittery jam?

Rosie Crust, Education and Development Officer

Bring your little ones along to our brand new Santa's Workshop for lots of fun, Christmas adventures!

Amelia Chambers, Sales Manager

Firstly, hot foot it to the Mountain's Boston Sausage stand for the amazing hot sausage rolls on offer - they are my favourite! Then, try and buy the most amazing Spicy Monk punch, brewed locally by Steep Hill Wines, it is by far the most delicious and fruity festive drink around.

Graham Dawson, Finance Manager

My top tip has to be arriving in good time to see everything. Also, make sure you visit Nick from Sunnyside Up in the Epic Centre - they have the best Lincoln Red beef you will ever taste!

Gail Punchard, Finance Assistant

Explore all the buildings, upstairs in the Epic Centre, the exhibition hall and the marquee in between - there's lots going on for everyone!

The 2016 Lincolnshire Food & Gift Fair returns on 26 - 27 November, with an earlier opening time of 9am until 4pm on both days. Advance tickets are available to buy online for just £5, click here to get yours.
